Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

My wife has a house under her name with her ex-boyfriend, and when they broke up they both agreed to allow her dad to live in the house and pay the house payment and all the bills because he needed a place to live. their is no contact signed and he is not the property owner on the house do we have legal right to evict him from the house although he is paying for everything for almost two years...

Your wife may give him a notice to vacate, and then sue for unlawful detainer if he refuses to leave.
