Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

My wife is the trustee of her aunts trust and also has power of attorney and her aunt is declared incompatent of making her own decisions. We purchased her home and the loan is through the trust. can my wife sign off on the loan to release the lean?

Don't do anything without consulting PERSONALLY with an attorney. The attorney who drew the trust would be the best person in all likelihood.

You may be walking on thin ice because you are engaging in "self dealing".
