If you want your Last Will and Testament to be legally enforceable, and for whatever you leave upon your death to go as you wish for it to go, then I would strongly suggest that you hire an attorney to prepare your Will. Trying to save the very modest expense of an attorney will, in all probability, defeat the entire purpose of making a Will. The fact that you knew enough to ask about the signing of a Will is admirable, but also shows that you do not know what needs to be done. Most attorneys can prepare a proper Will for $300.00 or less.
