last will and testimony
Father passed away and in the will left two houses where he was the sole name on the property and the will indicates the houses to be sold in a reasonable time and the proceeds distributed to 6 kids; from the date of his death July 9th going forward;
- who does the rent for the houses belong to (living spouse, the estate, the kids, the executor, or ) ?
- who is responsible for any and all expenses pertaining to the houses?
- the will indicates sell within a reasonable amount of time - what is that (6 months, 2 years or ?) ?

I hope that the Will has been filed and an estate opened in the Probate Court. If so, the personal representative is in charge of taking care of these things. There should be an attorney for the personal representative, and that attorney can advise you on your specific questions.
