Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

at one time my parents had a will. well now that both parents are gone i don't know how to begin looking for it. I don't remember who drew up the will either. I tried talking to my sister, who took care of my mother in her final days about it and got nowhere. What do I do now without taking my sister to court.

You might go through the personal effects in their home, or ask their bank if they had a safe deposit box. You might also ask the Probate clerks in the Missouri Counties where they resided, to see if a will was submitted prior to death.
