My grandfather died and left my sister& I some money in a trust. The executor of that trust is my uncle, who now claims ''there is no money''. Is there any way I can get a copy of the will somewhere, or find out the status of the trust account?

As a beneficary of the trust, you are entitled to an accounting from the trustee. If he will not provide it after you request it in writing, then you may have to sue to have the court force him to account for the funds.
