Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

What can be done about a will,which a lady had an old gentleman sign & witnessed (at gentlemans home) the will stating no one knows the whereabouts (untrue) of gentlemans two nephews ,(only heirs on will originally) leaving her as sole heir ! This lady is no relation to gentleman !Thank you
