Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
wills
When my mother recently died her family was informed by my stepfather(a wealthy man) that she had not left a will. She told us many times (she suffered a prolonged cancer illness) that she had left a will and there was a prenuptual agreement for her interest in their home, and businesses they owned together. What are our options?

Re: wills
There is a statute which allows you to file a suit and obtain a court order for the production of any Will. I have used the statute sucessfully. You should consult with an attorney promptly because you may be precluded from seeking legal relief if you wait too long. Good luck.
