if a person made a will in 1997and the deceased wife was named on the will but he has been remarried does the present wife take the place on the will as the benifishary

It kind of depends upon the wording of the will. However, Missouri allows a surviving spouse to take a statutory share regardless of what the will says, if she so timely elects.
