Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

Are wills from another state valid in Missouri? Are holographic wills legally valid in Missouri? Does the executor have to be a resident of Missouri?

I would like a response only if it is free.

some wills form other states are administabel in Missouri. Most holographic wills are not acceptable to Missouri Probate Courts, although some can be. The Executor (Called the Personal Representative in Missouri) does not always have to be a Missouri resident, but if they are not, they must have a local agent for servcie.

Good luck
