Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

A woman's husband dies and he has his son named as trustee of his estate in his will. Who has rights to what concerning his estate, the trustee or the widow?

You use the term Trustee -- that implies that there is a trust. To the extent property is in the Trust the son must carry out the terms of the trust. Beyond that it all depends on how property is titled, jointly with the spouse, individually, etc.
