Writing own wills

Can i legaly write my own will. and if so,where can i find the free forms to do it. i need two,,one for me and one for my husband.he is divorced,and has children with her and also a couple other children.

me,i just have the one child with my husband.

can we make it legal with out hiring an attorney

Why would you even want to try to write one of the most important legal documents in your life without hiring an attorney? In Missouri such Wills may be recognized and given legal effect only under certain extreme circumstances. In my opinion, what you are attempting to do will only cause more legal problems for your survivors. Please take my advice and hire a competent attorney.
