Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri

back injury

i was hurt 5 years ago in missouri and settled my case i switched jobs and the problem has come back and it was a closed settlement am i wondering am i able to claim on this injury again as a reoccurance or am i out of luck first injury happened in mo. and second happened in ks. at a new job
