Benefits
If an employee is sheduled for long term rehabilitation treatments during his normal business hours, does the employee have to use his own sick leave benefit.

That is an interesting question. I am not sure how to answer based on the facts given. It would be helpful to know whether there has been a claim for workers compensation made and what the resolution of that claim is.
