If your employer is now refusing to accommodate your light duty restriction, you will need to request a hardship hearing to obtain weekly compensation. You should contact an attorney to make a demand for medical treatment if injections have been ordered and are not being provided.

With that type of injury and the other facts you describe there is no doubt that you need a good worker's compensation attorney to represent you. Attorneys who work in this area do not charge you any money out of pocket for their fees. Instead, their fees are paid out of the lump sum settlement or recovery that they get for you. I happen to know one of the very best attorneys in Missouri in these cases, and I would be happy to refer you if you will call me at the office.
