Carple tunnel syndrome. pre exisiting condition
I have carple tunnel syndrome and gangly sist I have already had surgery and setteled my case last year no longer work for this company.I have a new employer now I have worked at this company for almost two years now .I still have a lot of troble with my hands .Do I have a case on a pre exisiting condition?

Did your case settle? If so, what percentage of disability was accorded your hands?
If your other case settled, you can make a claim for pain only if it can be proven that your hands have gotten worse at the new employer. Otherwise, their defense will be that the pain you feel is a result of the disability from your prior problem.
