Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri
employees rights
I was wanting to know, if it is legel for a company to terminate ones employment, if the employee has been put on permenant work restrictions. My work has let me go and the insurance company has stopped my workmans comp payments. I have lost everything because of this, and now I have lost my job. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have an attorney on the worker's compensation case? If so, you should direct all of your questions to that attorney. If not, then you should consult with a worker's compensation attorney immediately. You can call me and I will refer you to one of the very best.

It is against the law for a company to terminate your employment for filing a workers' compensation claim. Not every situation is protected, because the employer can take reasonable steps to keep the business going. We have handled such cases successfully. Contact our office for a free initial conference.
