Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri

Injury Settlement

I was wondering how much of a monetary settlement I should expect from the utility company I was working for when I fell from a ladder and broke both bones in my arm. I had surgery to insert two metal plates to repair the broken bones.

Re: Injury Settlement

The monetary settlement will depend on your wage at the time of injury and the doctors' opinions of your permanent impairment. It is important to choose a doctor who is experienced in making such ratings. Our office sets the appointment with a doctor for a permanent impairment rating examination. Workers' compensation cases are handled on a contingency basis; no recovery, no fee. We are here to help. Rian Ankerholz
