Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri
In Missouri, in a worker's compensation claim, is there any other way around the two year statute of limitations (from last payment)? The date of last payment was on 05/2008, and I was receiving care from a private doctor for injuries sustained from my work injury (because I did not feel that the work injury doctor provided was competent). I did not call to settle until December of 2010. The employer filed the claim for compensation within 30 days initially.

Did you have an attorney representing you? If so, contact that attorney. If not, perhaps you should have had one.
