Missouri Workman's Compensation Settlement

I have finalized my case and been declared to have 12.5% permanent partial disability. How much of the settlement is taxed by the government (federal & state)? I know the % my attorney charged & costs added. I now go to Secondary Injury Fund- how much of that is taxed (percentage)?
