Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri

Stress....is this a workmans comp issue???????

I need to know if stress from my job is a workmans comp claim? It is an undue amount of stress from harrassment of my supervisors and their expectations of me and my job. Other nurses are not treated in this manner yet I am. Please let me know as soon as possible and what I should do.

The first question I have is, what are the symptoms of your stress? Most folks have some job related stress, and it is not compensable under Workers' compensation. However, if that stress is extraordinary, and manifests itself in injuries such as Heart attack, etc., AND if these injuries are related to the stress by a doctor, you may have a claim.
