Time to file claim
If an employee claims injury and files a claim to the state through the use of an attorney, and then subsequently retracts the claim in writing, can the employee refile the claim, and if so; is there a time limit in refiling the claim. thank you for your timely response.

Yes, in most cases a claimant can retract aclaim and refile it later. The normal Notice and filing time limits are still in place, from teh date of injury or treatment.
