Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri

Just wondering if it is possible to win a Carpal Tunnel claim with work comp even without a doctor's statement saying it is work related ? I work in a processing plant and started showing signs of CT five months later. Had surgery on both hands plus trigger release. Thank you !

In worker's compensation claims, it is necessary to have a doctor's opinion saying that the medical problems are work-related and in fact that work was the "prevailing factor".

Many doctors simply refuse to get involved in any legal case at all, so if your doctor's refusing to get involved, that doesn't mean it is NOT work-related. If you hire an attorney to help you in this workers compensation claim, the attorney can send the case out for review by an independent medical expert to see if you have a valid claim. Despite what many people think about lawyers, we don't get paid unless we win, so I certainly only take good, valid claims where I believe that my client has a meritorious case.
