Re: Work Comp

Worker's Compensation law can be very complicated, even for the experts. If you already have an attorney, you should get all of your legal advice from that attorney. If you do not have an attorney, given the serious nature of your injuries and the other complicatons, you definitely should have an attorney. Worker's comp attorneys usually take the case on a contingency fee basis, so that you do not have to pay the attorney any attorney's fees out of yor pocket. The attorney gets paid at the end of the case out of the total amount collected on your behalf. I would be happy to refer you to one of the very best Worker's Comp attorneys in the state of Missouri if you will give me a call.
