Re: work comp

It sounds as ifyou could benefit from consulting with an attorney. I do not believe that you included enough information in your question for an attorney to offer you much advice. Please feel free to contact me at my office. If I am not able to help you myself, I will be happy to refer you to one of the very best worker's compensation attorneys in the state.

Re: work comp

to answer your questions i would need more information but generally speaking you may be terminated if you are not able to do the work that is available. you cannot be terminated for filing a claim under worker's comp. if you need help for pain, you should call an attorney to see if he can help.
