You do not tell us whether or not you are represented by legal counsel. If you are, you should direct your questions to your attorney. If you are not represented by legal counsel there is a possibility that you should be. Most attorneys will offer you a no-charge initial consultation to determine whether it would be best for you to have an attorney, and if so, the attorney only gets paid out of any final settlement or recovery made on your behalf. If you do not already have an attorney or know one, you may feel free to contact me and I can refer you to one of the very best worker's compensation lawyers around.

Absolutely not! Workers' Compensation should pay for your lost time, medical care and a lump sum for any disability you have after medical care is finished.

You should contact a trial lawyer to discuss your rights.
