wrongful termination/workers comp
I recently injured myself on the job and was fired before my 90 day probation was up. I believe that this was because they didnt want to have to pay me workers comp. can you help?

You are entitled to medical benefits, lost wages and a lump sum recovery. You need to file a formal claim with the employer even if you have been terminated. If you were injured on the job, they can't avoid paying your Workers' Compensation by firing you! Proving the reason for your termination may be difficult, but shouldn't interfere with your compensation payments.
