Legal Question in Family Law in Moldova

Hello, My Situation is the following. My ex husband live in USA, Kissimmee, he has now Green Card, is moving to USA at september 2009. Originally he is from Moldova as me, we are divorced from december 2008. We have a child 2,4 years. And my main question is if i have a chance to ask a child custody from USA side (not sure if i am saying correct), the payment which he has to pay after divorcing for child. I am interested if I can do it using USA legislation as using courts in Moldova is not possible by the reason that last 5 months he is sending mine around 90$ per month through his mother name. Firstly he send her and she send me in Moldova. But i think that by USA legislation he would have to pay more then 90$. Before i have not applied in Moldova for custody for child by courts, as we agreed without any paper unfortunately that when he get in USA he will help us normally. But this did not happen.

So i have a question is worth and any chance to go to courts in USA, and if i be able to find as person who will represent me as for sure I can not go there and do i have chances using this way.

And second question, if no chance do I have right to ask the information about his income and the data where he live (as he is not giving me any information) somehow, will this information be given to his ex wife if i tell that i am going to give to court here, as without any information of his placement and his income i will not get success here too. Thanks for any advice and help.

If I understand correctly you want to get a USA court decision for your child pensions from ex-husband. In this situation I recommended to consult an attorney in USA, because I practice in Republic of Moldova.
