Legal Question in Immigration Law in Moldova

Am I eligible to an emigrant visa to the US based on my Non-Adult childrens USA

I am an Indian Citizen married to an Indian citizen NOT living in USA. I have 2 children

aged 7 & 9 years who are US Citizens by Birth

(One born in LA(CA) & the other at MD)& both

hold US Passports.

I wish to know if by virtue of my childrens

US Citizenship status, I am eligible to apply

for a legal immigrant visa to USA to live &

work there, as I want to my children to enjoy

their right to Live, Study, & be brought up in

their country of Birth, ie USA.

Both my wife & myself also hold Non-Immigrant

B1/B2 visas for the USA at this time.

Appreciate a clear response & if there are any

legal venues with which I can pursue to obtain

my children their rights to live with their parents due to their young age??
