I know of no specific "buyer's remorse" law in

Montana. There are some laws which may be applicable

depending on the situation.

I don't really know what you mean as your question isn't very clear to me. If you are speaking of warranty, there is a specific body of law which may answer your questions and similarly there is a lemon law with new ( not used ) vehicles.
