Legal Question in Business Law in Montana
Does, "the Lemon Law", still exist and if so, does it relate to service oriented companies charging a fee for services , even if the buyer signed a contract, but was dissatisfied with the service provided and notified them in a timely manner? (As I remember there was a time limit connected with this, possibly 90 days? )

You might want to contact the Attorney General's Office. They have a consumer protection department.
