Legal Question in Business Law in Montana
Lemon Laws/Auto
I recently purchased a car (AS IS NO WARRENTY) and the day I took the car home my friend and I heard a noise in the front end, this turned out to be my brakes and required almost $300 to repair. When the car was test driven 3 days prior to actual purchase date there was no noise noted. Can I require the dealer to pay for repairs or take car back and give me another of equal value?

If you can show that the dealer knew of the brake problem but sold you the unit anyway without telling you, you are entitled to your money back. Otherwise, no warranty means exactly that.
