postal regulations
I keep getting letters in my e-mail wanting me to send $5 to 4 different people to buy four different reports I am to then take a name off the letter and add my name an address. I then send out these letters via e-mail. According to the letter I got it is leagle, Is it?

This type of chain letter has been around for years. I suggest you give a copy to your county attorney and maybe the U.S. attorney's office. They would be in a better position to answer your question. It may be legal, but I personally doubt it. It seems like a ponzi scheme to me. It also looks like a bad idea. I suggest you save your money, but if you must give it away, I recommend the charity of your choice.
