criminal / civil wrong?? please help!!!
A guy is in violation of the motor vehicle code was driving his car 65 mph on a city street (so he was speeding) while doing so he crashed his car into an automobile owned by some lady, and caused extensive damage to both his car and the ladies car- - did he commit a civil wrong criminal wrong or both??

Both. Civil wrong was the tort of negligent operation of a motor vehicle; criminal wrong was speeding, speeding too fast for conditions, failure to keep proper lookout, wreckless/careless driving, at the least.
