Defamation of character
What do I need to do to prove someone is defamating my character in a job, and how do I go about prosuing this matter.

COntact local counsel if you think that there is workplace defamation, but also report it to higher ups, so they are onj notice of your workplace dispute.
You would do well to see about mediation with the person with whom you have a dispute, so you can end the conflict.
