restriction of membership to a website
A while back I came across a law, but cant remember its code, and was wondering if you can help me.
It had to do with applying for membership on websites, restricting certian groups from joining, ie minors, competitors, extreamest groups, etc.
Any help is greatly appriciated

What you are referring to is usually the TOU, or Terms of Use. The restrictions are posted on the website.

The First Amendment of the Constitution still applies, though, so run any particular rules by an attorney.
