Legal Question in Technology Law in Montana

Website legal requirements?

Hello I am in the process of making a website selling an ebook. I used a highly recommended legal form generator by mike young.

My question is what legal ''forms'' are required on the actual site.

The forms I have are:

Anti spam policy

external link policy

Privacy Policy

Terms of use

DMCA notice

Earnings disclaimer

I know that Privacy Policy, terms of use and earnings disclaimer should be. BUt what about the other ones.

I dont mind if someone gives my ebook away once or twice as i have links in them back to my site which has other products.

Also should i put all this in my ebook too?

Sorry it is so long.

But thanks in advance

Re: Website legal requirements?

The kind of advice you are seeking is beyond what this site is designed to provide. You should hire a lawyer to review your site and advise you as to what you do and don't need.

Good luck.
