Re: Mechanic's Lien on Mobile Home
Dear Inquirer: I'm not admitted to practice law in your state, however, as a general rule, in most states, mechanic's liens attach to the property on which work or services have been rendered - much like repsirs to an auto, the mechanic's lien follows the vehicle.
Accordingly, seek experienced legal counsel in your jurisdiction for guidance, and advice. Good luck!
