Do I have A case?

I need help. I was arrested based on lies. The proscetcuting attorney still tried to proscetcute me after he knew that he had been lied too.I had agreed to a plea agreemment because I was terrified of the original charges against me. I have no prior record and my understanding of legal procedures is limited. Also I have a head injury which makes it even more difficut. The judge dimissed all charges against me with predjudice because of the lies that were told against me. Do I have any way to recover my dignity and money ? It cost me 2000 dollars to bail out of jail.

Recovery of dignity and money

You might wish to consult with an attorney who handles suits against the state. Not many in Montana do that kind of work, but you should look for one. You may be better off, from a practical standpoint, to simply try and put this behind you. It may cost you more to sue than you would recover; juries in Montana are often pretty tight or even downright stingy. Good Luck!
