What charges could be filed against Osama Bin Laden and would these charges be a capital offense punishable by the death penalty? Could he be charged with murder or just conspiracy to murder?
Thanks

Re: Charges against Osama Bin Laden
As of this date, I don't think any charges could be brought against him in Montana. Federal charges are another matter. I think he was charged in the first bombing attempt of the twin towers. I believe he would be charged with federal crimes that are capital offenses. I personally doubt he will be taken alive, if at all.
