What is concider to be child molestion

I have a question for you. I heard a rumor around town that I was molsetion a twevle year old. Is possible to be molesting a child if you to not touching the child in any sexual areas like breast. The only thing I have done is gone out to dinner and watch scary movies with the child. The child sat in a chair and I sat on the couch about 5 feet away from the child. I have also bought her some flowers too. I have never asked her for anything sexual. Plus there was a heart to heart letters and notes back and forth but nothing sexual in them. Mother knew and give permission to take the girl out to dinner and gave permission to watch movies with the child. I or her never removed any clothes or any touching of sexual organs. Is that concider to be child molestion or child abuse?

The examples you pose, by themselves, would probably not constitute child abuse. If you are over the age of 18, however, your actions are inappropriate. If your letters and behavior toward this child stem from a romantic interest, the totality of your behavior could well be child abuse. You would do well to seek some counseling concerning your relationship with this child before you get in serious criminal trouble.
