expunge

what is the procedure for expunging myself after being convicted of a felony and successfully completing my sentence?

The last sessions of the legislature have not been kind to Montanans. It seems to be the intent of the legislature to make expungment impossible. If your original sentence permitted expungement, it must be a very old one, and expungment may be possible. Very difficult at best, but still may be possible.
