Legal Question in Criminal Law in Montana
Minor In Possesion (MIP)
I am a 19 year old student.I was pulled over recently and was givin a minor in possesion ticket, for having 2 unopened beers in my backseat that I was unaware of. I am not positive if this is right.

There is a big difference between being charged with an offense and being found guilty of the offense. You have merely been charged. Based upon your short statement in your question, the officer had grounds to charge you. This does not mean a judge or jury would convict you. My suggestion is plead not guilty.
