Prank phone calls aren't so fun.
If 3 students were caught making prank phone calls to other students, on a college campus,some containing profain language, can the college itself charge the 3 students? And if so, with what can the students be charged?

College prank phone calls
The college should have a code of conduct for students which will cover the ill-advised activity, the due process accorded the accused and the sanctions available. Read the code of student conduct then ask the question, again, if necessary.
