Legal Question in Criminal Law in Montana
Probation non-association clause
My girlfriend and I are both on probation for DUI. I want to move in with her but her probation officer will not permit it, using the association clause. However he has no objection to us ''dating'' or seeing each other.
How do we get the association clause removed from our judgements?
Also is there anything else we can do to prevent being forced to live seperately?

Re: Probation non-association clause
You will need to return to court and petition to have that particular condition of your probation removed or amended.
