Sentencing Review
I would I petition the Montana Supreme Court to review a sentencing, that I believe is very unfair ? Your assistance in this matter is sincerely appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Sentencing Review
The sentence review division of the Montana Supreme Court meets regularly at the prisons at Deer Lodge and Billings. You simply request sentence review and your former attorney should be notified, by you, that you have done this. At the hearing the review panel will consider nothing but the information that was available to the sentencing judge. There is no appeal from the decision of the sentence review panel.
