Legal Question in Criminal Law in Montana
vehicle not returned
i agreed to let a friend borrow one of my vehicles for an extended length of time, he agreed to make the monthly payments and the insurance premium payment. it has been three months and i have recieved no money and know i don't know where this person is. there was only a verbal agreement. can i report this vehicle as stolen?

Assuming the title to the vehicle is in your name, you may report the facts of your situation to the police even though you have nothing in writing.
