court process time
i recieved a fourth dui citation 1 month ago. i was taken to justice court and read the charges against me and bail was set. i am out on bail and was wondering what the time frame was for bringing me to the district court. how long do they have before they have to file charges. i rread in the law book that it was 30 days.thank you

If the charge were to be dismised for a delay in arraignment, and that's what you're talking about, the matter would then simply be refiled. The reason for this is that the dismissal will be without prejudice and therefore the State can take another opportunity to get you to your arrainment in time. Sorry, but this is not a technicality that really gives you anything.
