dui and criminal background
In 1999 I received a dui in Montana. My question is, does a dui conviction show up on a criminal background check done by an employer, or is it strictlly a DMV record.

It will probably show on the criminal background check. As you know, everyone takes DUI much more seriously now than in the past. I hope your employer does not. Good Luck!!
