Legal Question in DUI Law in Montana

DUI Suspended License

My drivers license in the state of Kentucky has been suspended for DUI (2 violations. Can I get a drivers license in Montana which is not a member of the Nonresident Violators Compact ?

I think you will find that Montana is a member of the interstate compact. To get a Montana driver's license, you will have to do whatever it takes to get a valid license in the state where you have offenses on your record. Good luck.
